For the 2022 festival, ECA welcomed visitors to a showcase of work by graduating students, combining new work from the schools of Art, Design and Architecture and Landscape Architecture.

The students had faced continued challenges across their studies, perhaps most notably the disruption of lockdown, but had met these head-on with creativity, intelligence, resilience and hope for the future. The show ran across the Main Building and Evolution House, where visitors could discover and explore the new generation of creatives.

Alongside the Graduate Show, visitors were also able to enjoy the Edinburgh International Book Festival, which ECA welcomed to Lauriston Campus during August.
