BSL Tour | Linder: Danger Came Smiling

Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh event

12th August 25

PAST EVENT: This was part of the EAF25 programme.

As part of their EAF25 exhibition Linder: Danger Came Smiling, this exhibition tour was led in British Sign Language (BSL) by Trudi Collier.

Danger Came Smiling was Linder’s first retrospective in Scotland showcased 50 years of trailblazing artwork. It dove into her fascination with plants and invited audiences to see beyond traditional ideas about gender and sexuality. Deliciously satirical, her photomontages remixed images from popular culture, ranging from early pin-up photography to house plants.
