The EAF Civic Programme is a year-round collaboration with artists, individuals and communities who are finding alternative ways to resist through the arts. In 2023, the EAF Civic Engagement programme delivered activity with a residents across the city, particularly with people associated with WHALE Arts and people living in the South West of Edinburgh.
